Ingredients
Butter 125g
Brown sugar 200g
Dark chocolate 125g
Eggs 3
Vanilla bean paste 1 teaspoon
Plain flour 55g
Cocoa powder 60g
Baking powder 1/2 teaspoon
Frozen raspberries 1/2 cup
White chocolate chips 1/4 cup
Method
- Pre heat oven to 180 fan bake, grease & line small baking tray set aside.
- Melt butter, dark chocolate & brown sugar, Mix the eggs & vanilla, sift flour, baking powder & cocoa mix all together. Fold through the raspberries & white chocolate. Finally pour into your lined tin & bake for 20 minutes.
- Once brownie so cool, scoop motueka creamery raspberry white chocolate ice cream on top and sandwiches together.
